The main complaints we deal with are delays and damages which are realistic possibilities when moving. Although they’re not a common occurrence it can happen. Local Moving
If you’re planning a move to a new residence within your state, this would be considered a local move. IVL would send a smaller 26ft box truck or two if needed. William and two men disassembled and wrapped up my bed frame and headboard, taking special care with the hardware so nothing got lost. They carefully loaded up my sofa, loveseat, and armchair, making sure they were properly secured with straps so they wouldn’t move during the ride.

Charles were just as efficient unloading as they were while loading. They placed everything where I wanted it and even reassembled my bed frame and headboard for me. They hooked up my appliances and made sure they were working properly before they left.

Thomas & Michael were quick to unload the furniture and place it in the designated rooms. They asked for my guidance on where to place each item and were very accommodating with any changes that I requested.
