As you know, moving can be very stressful, and we understand that. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a bad experience with a company. Please understand that humans perform moves and sometimes there is human error. That does not make us a bad company; however, it’s also unacceptable by our standards and we will do our best to fix the issue. All of our movers are background checked, trained and certified. They got to work packing up all my gear, being careful with the fragile stuff and making sure everything was secured tight for the move. When it came time to load the furniture and appliances, these dudes were on point. They used dollies to move the heavy stuff and were careful not to scratch up my hardwood floors. Highly Recommended!!
The truck was fully loaded, and we headed to my new home in IL. The drive was smooth and uneventful, and we arrived at my new home within the estimated time. Thomas & Michael were quick to unload the furniture and place it in the designated rooms. They asked for my guidance on where to place each item and were very accommodating with any changes that I requested.
When we got to my new place, Richard, Kenneth, and third guy unloaded everything with the same precision they used to load it up. They placed each item where I wanted it and even helped me put my bed frame back together. And when it came to my appliances, they made sure they were hooked up and worked properly before they left.
Charles were just as efficient unloading as they were while loading. They placed everything where I wanted it and even reassembled my bed frame and headboard for me. They hooked up my appliances and made sure they were working properly before they left.
As for my furniture, Jeffrey and two men disassembled and wrapped up my bed frame and headboard, taking special care with the hardware so nothing got lost. They carefully loaded up my sofa, loveseat, and armchair, making sure they were properly secured with straps so they wouldn’t move during the ride.

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a moving date.
All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 business hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Tipping is optional, but If you want to leave a tip for your movers, follow the guide below.
We accept credit cards for the deposit. However, the balance is due as a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or business check. We will require 50% of the balance on the pickup date and the remaining balance on delivery.
