I have to give a big “Thank You!” to IVL for moving my car and boxes of personal items from Georgia to New York. Their estimate was quite accurate and their movers pretty polite and punctual. Nothing was damaged or disheveled and it all arrived on time. I had a very bad experience years ago with a moving company on a local move in which my stuff was not handled with the greatest care, so this experience with IVL was quite a pleasant surprise.

I’ve moved across country several times and this was the first time I used IVL. BEST moving experience I’ve had. First I spoke with Christian who is helpful, patient, kind and knowledgable. Next I spoke with Vanessa who was just as good. When it came time to pack my stuff, Carlos and team did a phenomenal job. Each of the 4 people on his team did their best to pack my things so they would be delivered in perfect shape and it was. Nothing was damaged. I’m still surprised at the care they took in wrapping my furniture. Finally, Francisco and Daria delivered everything. They were organized, professional and made it a wonderful experience. They unwrapped the furniture and reassembled pieces that need to be as if it was their own stuff. Fantastic company that I will definitely recommend. Thank you!
These people are super convenient in every way from the estimate to the pick up to the drop off… we moved to a 3/2 that really we had to much stuff for but they helped up put everything in order and made it fit. Also they gave us some really good ideas for placement of our stuff to where we had way more room. They are very courteous, respectful, and fast. This is the 5th time I’ve moved and three 1st time I can say that I had no problem with the movers. Thank you so much .

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a moving date.
All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 business hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Tipping is optional, but If you want to leave a tip for your movers, follow the guide below.
We accept credit cards for the deposit. However, the balance is due as a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or business check. We will require 50% of the balance on the pickup date and the remaining balance on delivery.
