As you know, moving can be very stressful, and we understand that. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a bad experience with a company. Please understand that humans perform moves and sometimes there is human error. That does not make us a bad company; however, it’s also unacceptable by our standards and we will do our best to fix the issue. All of our movers are background checked, trained and certified. The team that showed up was prompt, efficient, quick, and friendly, which I appreciate when stressed about moving. They communicated throughout the process, anticipated many crucial needs when trying to move, and had 1,000 different things going on at once. Recommend them!
The team (3 guys) was on time, professional, and very careful. Everything was packed well, moved, unloaded, and set up nicely. No damage; everything was great. Also was meticulous about making sure I knew about broken furniture. Also, we were cautious not to scuff walls, etc., when moving big stuff. Also very polite.
These guys are the best! They have moved us twice with short notice- very professional! Would highly recommend them.

However, International Van Lines did an outstanding job. Also, please listen to Miller advice. We thought we had very few things. Two truckloads later, we still had miscellaneous items at our old home.

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a moving date.
All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 business hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Tipping is optional, but If you want to leave a tip for your movers, follow the guide below.
We accept credit cards for the deposit. However, the balance is due as a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or business check. We will require 50% of the balance on the pickup date and the remaining balance on delivery.
