One of the worst experiences with a mover. We were moving cross country. After spending 60 minutes on a quote, moving day came and the wheels started falling off the bus. First, IVL contracted our job to “Yellow Eagle” (look at their ratings). Quote turned out to be off by thousands of dollars. Fast forward to delivery date. The company showed up weeks earlier than we were ready for the full load (it was supposed to be split into two loads – one temporary, one permanent). Now it was no longer Yellow Eagle…it was another third transportation company. They charged us an extra $2,000 to hold our belongings until our home was ready. All the while, we tried to correspond with customer service at IVL. Horrible responsiveness. Horrible detail. And, many items broken to boot. Good luck….

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a moving date.
All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 business hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Tipping is optional, but If you want to leave a tip for your movers, follow the guide below.
We accept credit cards for the deposit. However, the balance is due as a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or business check. We will require 50% of the balance on the pickup date and the remaining balance on delivery.
