As you know, moving can be very stressful, and we understand that. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a bad experience with a company. Please understand that humans perform moves and sometimes there is human error. That does not make us a bad company; however, it’s also unacceptable by our standards and we will do our best to fix the issue. All of our movers are background checked, trained and certified. They came 10 min early with a three-person crew. All furniture was wrapped and packed. They skillfully extracted my eight ft. couch from a narrow stairwell. They were polite and curious. The whole move took three hours. Neither the walls were damaged nor was the furniture. I will recommend them to my friends.

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a moving date.
All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 business hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Tipping is optional, but If you want to leave a tip for your movers, follow the guide below.
We accept credit cards for the deposit. However, the balance is due as a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or business check. We will require 50% of the balance on the pickup date and the remaining balance on delivery.
