Please understand that humans perform moves and sometimes there is human error. With International Van Lines, my experience was top-notch. The movers arrived as per the schedule and started packing our things. They were carefully loading our furniture to prevent them from scratches. This mover’s level of skill and efficiency during every step of my move surprised me. If you ever need a moving company, so much consider them.

They were absolutely outstanding, especially given the heat and our requirement for the antique furniture to be taken to the 3rd floor! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really took the stress out of moving. They worked quickly and took care of all of our belongings. As with lots of moves there was a lot of uncertainty as to if we would get into our new property on the day and had quite a bit of waiting around, but their flexibility meant we didn’t have to worry about this so much. They arrived exactly on time both days and barely stopped to catch their breath until the work was done. It was the kind of service you would expect to pay a hefty premium for, but in fact they were less expensive than the bog-standard companies we got quotes from. So far, best moving company around.
Highly professional, friendly, efficient and really thoughtful, to the point that they laid plastic wrapping on all 3 storeys of carpet so as not to dirty it! We went for the full packaging option and I genuinely cannot fault the service. I hope we’ll not need to move again, but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this brilliant company again.

3 moving men and 2 vans from “International Van Lines” provided a professional and efficient service last week, in moving my family’s mountain of belongings to our new home! They were on time, knowledgeable, very careful; they even playfully interacted with my 2 year when he got in the way! At the other end, the unloading seemed seamless too. Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a moving date.
All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 business hours before the scheduled pickup date.

We accept credit cards for the deposit. However, the balance is due as a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or business check. We will require 50% of the balance on the pickup date and the remaining balance on delivery.
