Our Cancellation Policy
Domestic moving: If you’re moving across state lines or within the same state, you’re eligible for a 100% refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.
Refunds will be submitted the same way you paid. Credit card merchants can sometimes take up to 72 hours once the refund has been submitted.
To cancel your move, we will need you to email [email protected] with your reference number.
Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will not be refunded.
International Moving: Deposits for international moving are non-refundable.
